The Band Camp Form must be submitted by Monday, July 21, 2025.
Orders for CMB items will be placed shortly after the deadline. If the form is submitted late, you will be responsible for purchasing your own items.
Since the deadline for submitting this form was 7/21/25, the results are not checked frequently.
If you need an instrument for auditions, please send a notification to jdeaton2@unl.edu that you have submitted the form. It will be a few days before the instrument is ready for pick-up.
