Use this form to request roommates. Please enter the first and last name of the individuals wanting to room together. Submit only one form for the four individuals. Please note that any individual on the travel roster not completing the form will be assigned a roommate by the staff without consultation. Enter "none" in a roommate field if your request does not include four people.
Each group of four roommates may pick one other group of four roommates as bus buddies via the form.
The submission deadline is noon on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
